Cancellations

  • There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  • Some situations that may result in your order being canceled, including limitations on quantities available for sale, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
  • We may also require additional information or verification/s before accepting any order.
  • We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
  • If your order is canceled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be returned to your card account.

Returns & Exchanges

If an item you ordered from udayajewellers.com does not meet your expectations, please contact us within seven (7) days of purchase to obtain a return authorization and instructions. The product must be returned in the original condition in the original packaging. Upon arrival and inspection, product refunds will be promptly credited to the original purchase account. Certain items may have additional specific return conditions published on the respective product web page.

Warranty &  Defect Claims

We take complete responsibility for return and replacement shipping costs if any product is determined to be defective. Please contact us within the warranty period to obtain instructions.

Cost Differs

If the ordered item is not in stock at the time of delivery, the cost and weight may differ.
